  • Lemon juice

Preparations: 

  • Preheat your grill. Peel and chop sweet potatoes according to your convenience. Small slices would be great. Apply salt and olive oil onto them thoroughly. 
  • Mix coriander leaves, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt to taste and olive oil in a bowl. 
  • Grill the slices carefully for about 3-6 minutes. 
  • Put them into the bowl of dressing and serve. 
2. Watermelon tomato salad

Ingredients: 

  • Seedless cucumber- half
  • Seedless watermelon- ¼
  • Cherry tomatoes 
  • Lime- 1 
  • Mozzarella cheese balls- 1 cup
  • Basil leaves 
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, red pepper flakes

Preparations: 

  • Cut cherry tomatoes into halves and cucumber, watermelon into similar sizes, and add them to a bowl. 
  • Mix mozzarella cheese, cut into half, with basil leaves, salt, pepper, olive oil, and lemon juice. 
  • Toss them around and serve. 
3. Pasta vegetable salad

  • Pasta uncooked- 3 cups
  • Garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • ¼ cup cheese

Preparations:

  • Grill for 10 minutes, all the vegetables keeping them for 3 minutes before turning them. 
  • Add olive oil 3tbsp, lemon zest, lemon juice, and garlic cloves to the cooked pasta.
  • Remove the corn from the cobs and cut the veggies to a smaller size. 
  • Along with basil leaves, add them all to the bowl with cheese. 
  • Serve hot. This can also be used after refrigerating it. 
4. Chickpea vegan salad

Ingredients and Preparations: 

  • Rinse your chickpeas, and dry fry them over the pan.

Cooking time: 35 minutes

Ingredients and Preparations: 

  • Bourbon sauce: barbecue sauce, bourbon, soy sauce, brown sugar, cider vinegar, and salt. Boil the sauce and reduce the quantity until thick. 
  • Thread chicken, green onions, and zucchini and brush them with bourbon sauce.

  • Mix water (1 and ¾), lemon juice (¾ cup), and dissolve sugar (¾ cup). 
  • Add red food coloring (1 dash) and chopped basil leaves.
  • Pour this into ice pop molds. 
  • Insert sticks into each.
  • Freeze well and enjoy!
9. Mushroom grilled salad

Ingredients and Preparations: 

  • Chop mushrooms and in a bowl, mix them with olive oil (3 tbsp). 
  • Grill them properly and season them with salt.
  • Mix vinegar, Aleppo- style pepper, oregano, and garlic with oil in a separate bowl.
  • Add pepper and mix all the mushrooms and seasonings.
  • Further, add cheese and olives and toss them around. 
10. Summer pudding

Ingredients and Preparations: 

  • Wash blackberries (250g), redcurrants (100g), raspberries (500g), and dry them. Heat 3tbsp of water and sugar in a pan till all the sugar dissolves. 
  • Boil the water and add all the fruits above. Heat for 3 mins and stir occasionally. 
  • Take a pudding basin and line it with cling film. 
  • Remove the crusts from the bread and slice them into 4 pieces half. Make 4 triangles likewise. Do so for 6 pieces and leave the last piece. 
  • Take the last piece, add it to the juice, and line it at the bottom of the pudding basin. 
  • Coat the triangles with juice and line them to the bottom in a similar way. Sit them all together neatly at the bottom and sides. 
  • Put all the fruits in and then add strawberries (300g). Place the bread triangles at the top and snip off all the extending edges. 
  • Chill this overnight by putting a weight on top of the bread. 
  • Then flip it over and serve
