- Trouble Speaking
This is a primary excess indication when you exercise. In case you are unable to speak properly or breath properly after a workout, it usually indicates overexertion. In such a situation, take a little break to catch your breath and then continue with the workout.
- Repetitive activity
You may develop an injury due to overexertion, either from repetitive work or an exercise, by doing a repetitive task time and again.
